Catcher Dudes school is in today. There were very few districts that actually did cancel school. I finally put my MEAN MOMMY foot down this morning and told catcher dude he had to wear his winter coat. PERIOD! That bus could break down before it gets to school. It wasn't to much of s struggle. So that was good.

CD is lucky though, he can just stand at the door and watch for bus and when it gets to our house walk out. The bus stop is our drive way. :)

I feel for those who are suffer worse temps. I am not looking forward to leaving this house today. So I just might not do it!

Bright shiny thing? No such thing here, it's been snowing lightly all day. It's a balmy 16 degrees, and is supposed to drop to zero tonight. Our district was the only one in this area that was open today, so I did have to go out.

Yep Amy. We had a small tease of the bright shiny thing, but only a tease.
